Ever wondered How to calculate the value of a percentage (%) of a number using your calculator? I know its a simple question but at times it gets confusing on the sequence of using those keys on your calc to come up with the % value. So just thought will note it down though its pretty trivial it can get frustrating at times to get that value from your calculator.
For Example: What is the 25% of 70,000?
To get the value of 25% of 70,000 using your Calc
Step 1:
Divide 70,000 by 25
Step 2:
Press the % key
The Results: 17500
Isn't that pretty simple!!!!
